DEALER SALES
We sell both through distributors and dealer direct. Your choice. In order to serve you better, we have instituted the following sales policies and procedures to ensure better service and fewer mistakes. In order to obtain dealer pricing, or to place and order, please follow the instructions below carefully.
Obtaining Dealer Pricing
To obtain dealer pricing, please fax a copy of your Federal Firearms License ("FFL") with a phone number to 801-355-0402. We will call you back with the dealer pricing.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell our products to any dealer who publishes any price other than the suggested retail price or P.O.R (Price on Request) on the internet or in any non-dealer only publication.
Ordering
The minimum order amount is $50.00. Before we can ship any firearm to you, we must have a signed copy of your FFL on file. Mail you signed FFL to:
ROBINSON ARMAMENT CO.Once you have obtained the dealer pricing, you may order our products by the following methods. Please specify the product name and number when ordering.
Phone: You may call our sales staff at 801-355-0401 between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm MST Monday through Friday. You may also leave us phone message after hours. We'll return your call as soon as possible.
Fax: You may fax an order to us anytime day or night at 801-355-0402. Do not forget to include the product name and number in your fax. You will receive a confirmation of your order including all shipping and related charges the next day.
Email: You may email at zdf@robarm.com. Do not forget to include the product name and number in your email. We will email you a confirmation including all shipping and related charges.
Payment
We do not extend payment terms. You may choose one of the following methods:
Prepaid You may send a check, money order, or cashier's check with your order. Prepaid orders (including Credit Card orders) take priority over other orders. This means these orders will be shipped first. If a personal or company check is used, we may wait till the check clears before shipping.
Credit Card We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. There will be a 3% charge on the order total in addition to shipping charges.
C.O.D. Cash on Delivery. There is a $5.00 charge per package in addition to the shipping charge. You must have a money order or cashier's check ready in the amount of the order. After initial orders, we may allow Company Checks in lieu of cashier's checks and money orders. Any dealer refusing a C.O.D. order will be charged the shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Additionally, the dealer will be required to prepay future orders.
Shipping
We ship all firearms by UPS Ground Service. This runs approximately $15.00 per firearm depending on location. We may use other services for shipping parts and accessories. We will not guaranty any specific delivery date. If you need one of our products in a hurry, we will ship UPS Overnight or Second Day. However, you will be charged the increased shipping rates and will have to rely on UPS. We will not guaranty any specific delivery date.
Right of Inspection
We think products actually look better than they do on our website and in our advertisements. We're very confident that you'll love our products. We also realize that it's very difficult to make the decision to purchase a product sight unseen. Therefore, we grant each dealer, who orders directly from us, the right to inspect our firearms upon delivery at the FFL Dealer's premises. Should the firearm not be to your satisfaction, you may return it to us immediately in unused condition for a full refund less the shipping charges.
