The XCR™ Rifle can be made compliant with state laws which are more
strict that federal law. Yes, we manufacture versions which are compliant
with the laws of California and other states which have special feature,
magazine, and length requirements. We can provide XCR™ Rifles with
the following modifications: Fixed Stocks, Muzzle Brakes (also permanently
attached), Low Capacity Magazines, Bullet Buttons, Monsterman Grips, etc.

XCR-L Standard Right Side
The right side of the rifle gives you access to the Bolt Catch and Safety, notice the ejection port, ejection from the xcr™ is at the 2 O'Clock position, allowing parallel fire. 
XCR-L Standard Left Side
The left side of the rifle give you access to the Bolt Catch, Safety and the Charging handle. Note the placement of the charging handle, no need to move your head to charge the rifle.
